Lunera provides a platform for creators and influencers to share product recommendations through a personalized page. You may use Lunera to create your page, add product links, organize them into categories, and share your page with your audience.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You retain ownership of the content you create on Lunera, including your profile information, product recommendations, and any notes or descriptions you add.

By posting content on Lunera, you grant us a license to display, distribute, and promote your public page as part of the service. You can remove your content at any time by deleting it from your page.

You are responsible for the links you share. Do not share links to illegal, harmful, or misleading content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

You may use affiliate links from any program (Amazon Associates, LTK, ShareASale, etc.) on your Lunera page. Lunera does not take any commission from your affiliate earnings.

You are responsible for complying with the terms of your affiliate programs and any applicable disclosure requirements (such as FTC guidelines for affiliate links).

Lunera offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. The free tier includes core features with usage limits. The Pro plan provides additional features and removes limits.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time, and your Pro features will remain active until the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

You agree not to:

• Use Lunera for spam, fraud, or misleading product recommendations
• Impersonate other creators or brands
• Share links to malicious or harmful websites
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with the service or circumvent security measures
• Use automated tools to scrape or access the platform without permission

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Your use of Lunera is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

We strive to keep Lunera available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features, pricing, or these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.

Lunera is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the service, including lost revenue from affiliate links or service interruptions.
